Description

MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing (15×22 cm) is highly effective:

• Has an absorbent effect (absorbs toxic substances);
• Provides an antibacterial effect;
• Relieves pain;
• Suppresses inflammation;
• Reduces swelling (by removing excess fluid);
• Accelerates regeneration;
• Stimulates blood microcirculation.

The Molisan Therapeutic Dressing is recommended for the following diseases:
• Purulent processes, infected wounds, burns;
• Post-injection abscesses;
• Muscle and joint diseases (joint rheumatism, arthritis, arthrosis, osteochondrosis, gout);
• Vascular disorders of the lower limbs (erysipelas, varicose veins, lymphostasis, ulcers);
• Diseases of the pelvic organs;
• Cholecystitis;

MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing should be considered only an adjunctive method within a comprehensive treatment plan. MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing is not a universal cure. It is important to consult a doctor before using MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing.

Directions for use

MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing should be secured with a bandage or a clean piece of calico. The dressing should be breathable, that is, hygroscopic; do not cover it with film (cellophane), a scarf or thick fabric. Air must circulate freely. When using MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing solution, fold the gauze for the dressing into 8 layers.
Bear in mind that the dressing acts locally — only on the affected organ or a specific area of the body.
A warmed MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing acts more effectively. To warm it, immerse it in a cup of water heated to 42°, leave for a few minutes, then remove, dry, open and use.
MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing solution can be warmed as follows: pour it into a cup and place the cup in hot water heated to 42°. Prepare only the amount needed for the procedure (warmed MOLISAN cannot be stored).

How do you apply MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing?
• Wash the area to be covered by the Molisan Therapeutic Dressing with soap and warm water, and dry with a towel. For a purulent wound, rinse the wound with ‘Molisan Bethlehem’.
• If necessary, warm MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing: immerse it in a cup of hot water, leave for a few minutes, then remove, dry and open it.
• Apply MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing to a specific area of the body. If you are using MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing solution, moisten a bandage or gauze folded into 8 layers (15 cm × 20 cm) with 20–25 ml of MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing solution (the application should be wet, but the solution should not drip).
• Secure the Molisan Therapeutic Dressing with a bandage.
• After a certain time (depending on the condition being treated), remove MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing and cleanse the skin using “MOLISAN Bethlehem”, or wipe with a soft cloth moistened with clean water.
The Molisan Therapeutic Dressing has a localised effect, so it should be applied to the specific area according to the condition being treated.

What are the benefits of the Molisan Therapeutic Dressing?
1. For various skin abscesses, boils and rashes, apply a Molisan therapeutic dressing for 2–3 hours, then remove it, wipe away the pus and apply a new dressing. A Molisan therapeutic dressing helps expel pus and cleanse the cavity.

5. A Molisan therapeutic dressing is useful for respiratory tract diseases. If there are inflammatory manifestations in the bronchi and lungs, it is applied to the chest. For inflammation in the pharynx, a Molisan therapeutic dressing is applied to the neck, and for sinusitis, to the nose and forehead.
6. Thyroid disease can be treated by applying MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing to the neck (a 10-day course). Repeat the course if necessary.
The procedure is intended to soften (liquefy) the follicular exudate of the thyroid gland, destroy nodules and eliminate lymphatic congestion.
7. With a Molisan therapeutic dressing, problem skin will become clearer, and erosions and peeling will heal quickly.
8. Inflamed lymph nodes and spleen problems can be treated by applying MOLISAN Therapeutic Dressing to the problem area.

Composition

MOLISAN antiseptic solution, magnesium sulphate, sodium chloride, silver colloid, plant essential oils: myrrh, boswellia (frankincense), tea tree.

Molisan antiseptic solution.
A broad-spectrum plant-based medicinal product with antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects, which has no equivalent on the world market owing to its unique formula. It is used both to treat skin conditions and non-healing wounds and for arthrosis and other inflammatory conditions.
Molisan antiseptic solution has adsorptive and cleansing properties, removes inflammatory substrate, pathogenic bacteria and their toxins from tissue, improves local metabolism, cleanses cells and restores each cell’s ability to perform its intended function.

Magnesium sulphate (Magnesii sulfas).
Magnesium sulphate cleanses cells of toxins, relieves muscle tension, promotes better nutrient absorption and replenishes magnesium deficiency in the body. Compresses containing magnesium sulphate relieve swelling, promote the resorption of haematomas and reduce muscle pain.

Sodium chloride (Natrii chloridum).
Sodium chloride has an osmotic effect that draws pus and fluid out of a wound. It promotes cleansing, particularly of purulent wounds, and helps destroy pathogenic microorganisms.

Silver colloid (Argentum colloidale).
Colloidal silver has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties, and also promotes wound healing and reduces inflammation. It is traditionally used to treat skin diseases.

Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha).
Myrrh has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. It promotes tissue regeneration and is effective for slow-healing wounds, ulcers, pressure sores, boils and fistulas. It is used to treat and prevent inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne and dermatitis. It also helps reduce age spots and scars.

Boswellia (Boswellia frereana).
Boswellia has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties. It is used to improve joint condition in arthritis, osteochondrosis and gout.

Tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia).
Tea tree oil has pronounced antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antiviral and restorative properties. It is used effectively in dermatology and cosmetology to treat acne and fungal infections (including foot and nail fungal infections), as well as for scalp care and strengthening hair. The oil is also used to relieve irritation, swelling and itching.
