About the ingredients
Turmeric is Curcuma longa, a member of the ginger family grown widely in India and Southeast Asia. Its yellow-orange rhizome is the source of the familiar spice. Curcuminoids are a group of naturally occurring turmeric compounds, including curcumin, which contributes to its characteristic yellow color.
Concentrated rhizome extract differs from ordinary ground turmeric. Turmeric and curcumin preparations are used in joint-comfort routines, particularly around knee stiffness and everyday mobility. The possible benefit depends on the preparation and individual response. Concentrated turmeric deserves particular attention to digestive tolerance and liver health.
