About the ingredients

Oatstraw is the aerial material of Avena sativa, including its stems and leaves. It is used as an organic powder with a mild, grassy character. This is the herb form of oats, distinct from the mature grain, bran and fresh milky seed preparations.

Herbalists traditionally place oatstraw among gentle nervines: plants used in approaches to relaxation and recovery after prolonged tension. Its familiar contexts are feeling overextended, difficulty winding down and the wish to establish a steadier daily rhythm. Much of this tradition concerns infusions; the present formula contains dried plant material in capsules.
