About the ingredients
Hops flowers are the female inflorescences of Humulus lupulus, commonly called hop cones. These pale-green cones have an aromatic, bitter character, with herbal and earthy notes. They are familiar from brewing and also have a long place in herbal preparations for evening rest.
Traditionally, hops are chosen when winding down after a demanding day and preparing for sleep. This product contains the flower ingredient; whole flowers differ from concentrated extracts and hops-valerian combinations.
