Choose your product and how to use it
- MOLISAN — SKIN & WOUND CARE SOLUTION is for external skin and wound care.
- Directions and doses for MOLISAN ELIXIR, DETOX, PIRVELI and THERAPEUTIC SOLUTION are provided on each product page.
- Select one main oral MOLISAN solution within a programme.
Before use
- Read the composition and instructions for your chosen product. Do not use it if you have a known intolerance to its ingredients.
- Use DETOX with caution if you have bleeding or a tendency to bleed.
- Stop using the product and seek medical advice if marked irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
Storing your solution
- Keep the bottle tightly closed at room temperature.
- Protect it from direct sunlight and keep it out of the reach of children.
- Pour the amount you need into a clean container. Do not return used solution to the bottle.
- Check the product packaging for its expiry date and specific storage instructions.

MOLISAN laboratory reports, studies and certificates are collected in one place. These include the NCDC conclusion dated 4 September 2026 on the solution’s antiseptic effectiveness under the study conditions.
